Sidekick Consulting is a fractional CFO consultancy. We give growing businesses senior finance leadership on a fractional basis — the judgement of an experienced CFO, without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive hire.

We’re operators, not report-writers. Alongside the leadership itself, we build what sits underneath it: the ledger and systems, the controls, the close, the reporting, and the forecasts. We treat finance as infrastructure — something to be designed and installed properly, so it keeps working as the business scales.

We work with clients across the UAE and globally. Engagements run remotely by default, with in-person time in the UAE where it’s useful.

Most clients work with us in one of two ways: a retained fractional CFO engagement on a monthly rhythm, or a fixed-scope project to build out a specific part of the finance function — systems implementation, reporting, forecasting, or the full stack.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic, so the work is sequenced against what the business actually needs rather than a standard package.
